Messaging terms.
These terms govern the TIL6 Customer Care and Requested Updates text-message program operated by 29 Howard Ventures, LLC.
Program description
TIL6 sends low-volume customer-care, account, access and concierge-request updates to people who explicitly ask to receive them. The program is not a condition of purchasing or using any TIL6 service.
How to opt in
You may opt in by texting START to +1 (305) 419-1034 after reviewing these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By doing so, you authorize recurring automated text messages from TIL6 at the number you used. Consent is voluntary and is specific to TIL6.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms govern charges from your carrier.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After a final confirmation, you will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email social@til6.com.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions and device compatibility.
Customer care only
TIL6 text messaging is not an emergency service. Do not use it for urgent medical, safety or law-enforcement needs. Call the appropriate local emergency service.
Eligibility and phone ownership
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the mobile number you enroll. If you change or transfer the number, text STOP before the change or contact us so we can update our records.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle communications data. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued participation after a change is subject to applicable consent requirements.
